Vortex Technologies Iso-Pak family of control loop products provide process control equipment users with a array of isolation, surge protection and EMI\RFI filtering combinations that address a wide range of applications. Modular design allows you to select options that fit your requirements-all at a an attractive cost/benefit ratio.
IP-120 -Current loop isolator is designed to eliminate ground loops in current based control loops. An advanced, loop powered (10-35 v.d.c.) current loop isolator incorporates the latest in galvanometric based isolation technologies provides 1500 VRMS of instantaneous isolation. Automatic signal tracking insures that output signals are equivalent to the input signal, no adjustments are required. Accuracy to within +/-0.1% and linearity of 0.01% or better. Adds 15 ohms of impedance to the control loop.
IP-130 - Control loop EMI\RFI filter is designed to eliminate undesirable noise that
adversely affects instruments within a control loop. Effectively removes unwanted EMI\RFI from 0.1 Hz to 50 MHz. A proprietary passive common mode filtering circuit effectively eliminates undesirable noise and adds virtually no additional
load to the
control loop.
IP-140 - Control loop surge suppressor offers a multi-stage suppression design that can provide protection for
sensitive equipment from proximity lightning strikes, mis-wiring, static discharges, or equipment failure. Extremely fast response time of less the 1 nano-second and over-all suppression to 22, 500 amps.
IP-220 - Dual purpose module is designed to provide current loop isolation and well as effective
EMI\RFI noise filtering.
IP-230 - Is a combination package that incorporates current loop isolation and surge suppression in a single unit. Instantaneous isolation of 1500 VRMS and 20,000 amps of surge suppression are featured in this product.
IP-240 - This multi-function product which provides both surge suppression and EMI\RFI filtering can be used with all types of control loop signals. EMI\RFI filtering from 0.1Hz to 50MHz and surge suppression to 20,000 amps.
IP-420 - is the ultimate current loop protection product. This multi-function device provides current loop isolation, surge suppression and EMI\RFI filtering in a single package. The IP-420 is an extremely cost effective product that provides the best in control loop operational peace-of mind.
